Couplers allow the decorator to change similar sized tubes without emptying the contents of the icing bag.
It is made up of a base and ring and fits into your piping bag. The piping bag may need to be trimmed to fit the coupler correctly.
There are two Couplers on each card.  

The standard coupler fits all standard piping tubes.
