LorAnn’s super strength flavours (also known as candy oils or flavouring oils) are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavourings or “extracts”.

Use: If you would typically add 1 teaspoon of an extract to your recipe, add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of a super strength candy oil.  Suitable to use with hard candy, general candy making, chocolate, ganache, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications. A little goes a long way!
